Rome, Italy Visa:
Participants planning to attend the conference in Rome, Italy are advised to review the visa requirements applicable to their country of citizenship well in advance of travel. Italy is a member of the Schengen Area, and visitors from many countries may enter visa-free for short stays. However, participants from countries that require a Schengen Visa should apply early to ensure timely processing.
Official Invitation Letter:
Official invitations will be sent to attendees once after registration. The invitation letter will be sent to those who requested it through mail only.
